It depends.
Smooth, polished, sealed concrete: the robot will certainly work well here. Open-pored, coarsely textured concrete: probably not, but no device will work well there. Raw concrete: I can't imagine that you can mop it at all. If it's not concrete but anhydride: this is sensitive to moisture without sealing. Be careful.
As a rule of thumb: what works well with a mop will probably also work
