No, the pans should not be washed in the machine. They also do not stay as nice and shiny and bright, but oxidise and need to be cleaned regularly with a special agent if this bothers you.
Nice design, unfortunately the handles get very hot, which is why I wouldn't buy these again.

The inside is made of stainless steel, the outside of copper and the core is made of aluminium.
Yes, the handles on the pan and lid get really hot. The fact that you shouldn't put the pans in the dishwasher and that they are so unattractively stained and discoloured after first use makes them an impractical kitchen product. Since we put them in the dishwasher anyway, they look quite nice again. PS: I don't recommend buying them, but I still like them somehow.
