We refilled ours with the one from Kisag: Kisag Gas Refill Can

Hello, with this flambé burner, the flame can be adjusted in size. This means a short or longer flame. At the largest setting, the flame is quite powerful. But it is rather longer than wide. I think that could work for a steak. The product is robust and of very good quality. I can only recommend it!
