Can you bake good bread with it? It never worked well with my old model (noName) because the air circulation was not ideal. If possible, please get answers from owners of this model.

Yes, that's possible. Just always set the temperature hotter than you want it to be - it tends to be too low... But my breads have always turned out well. Since we are moving in January, I would sell mine again...80.- plus postage - if interested.
