I am planning to buy a rice cooker or multi-steam cooker. The Risa MRK 500 is on the shortlist. When I searched the net, I only found fragmentary answers about everyday use. When choosing a cooker, it is particularly important for me to be able to cook rice and vegetables at the same time. As far as I understand it, this is possible with the Risa without any problems. I would be very pleased to receive answers to the following questions from owners of the rice cooker: 1. does the appliance have a timer programme or is it a timer with which I can set the start of a programme? 1.1 How does the separate preparation work: Rice in the pot, then vegetables in the metal strainer on top of the rice, water in and then with one of the rice programmes or individual timer if necessary? 2. can I add small vegetables directly to the rice and achieve a good result with one of the programmes? 3. can I open the appliance during the programme and add ingredients afterwards and then the programme continues until the end?

I'll make it simple: better use the rice cooker from Cuisinart! I replaced the Rommelsbacher directly with the CRC400E and don't want another one :)
