According to the manufacturer (website) operating instructions... etc... Is it dry, damp, warm or cold? Selina shows it. With a smiling smiley she shows that the humidity is optimal. An unhappy face of Selina means that the air is either too dry or too humid. The hygrometer lady is equipped with the latest technology and measures humidity and temperature precisely. I have never seen the smiley neither smiling nor sad... what's wrong ??? Broken Thanks for the clarification Greetings

You probably have an older revision. The smiley is only displayed on the newer units. I recently ordered two white and one black Selina. The smiley is displayed on the newer white units and not on the older black ones. The electronics are constantly being adapted or improved. Greetings

Hello, can you tell me the battery life of this Selina hygrometer? Thank you. The batteries are type CR 2016, I think.

Hello I personally can't recommend it. I only had problems with it. Poor readability and constantly flat batteries. There are better alternatives.

Can the item also be mounted on the wall (glued with separate adhesive pad, for example)?

Rather not. It has a stand ("L" shape) and would stick out so unattractively in my opinion.

Did you have any problems inserting the battery or screwing the cover on? For me, it doesn't lie 100% flat. It's not really in, because nothing appears on the display, even though I press the on/off button.

Is this the latest version? On the new one, a little smiley face is displayed if the humidity level is good.

Can the device communicate with the Stadler Form Albert or do you have to read it yourself and set the value accordingly?
