Does the Nanopresso still fit into the protective cover with the NS adapter fitted?

I bought a Nanopresso a fortnight ago and the piston of the pump mechanism on my model keeps jamming. In other words, I can't push the pump all the way through because otherwise the piston won't come out. Does anyone else have this problem or have I got a faulty model?

Does the capsule adapter come with it, as shown in the first picture?

Dear Galaxus, unfortunately I bought the Nanopresso WITHOUT the Nespresso adapter. Can I exchange the machine for the Minipresso NS or order the adapter (NANOPRESSO NS ADAPTER) from you? Greetings
