The WMF Kult X Mono induction hob has a maximum output of 2100 watts. If you want to operate it on a circuit with a maximum power of around 1300 watts (6A at 220V), the appliance may not always utilise the full power. There is no specific function that automatically adjusts the power to the available power supply. However, you should be able to operate the appliance at a lower power by manually adjusting the power levels. It is advisable to reduce the power levels to avoid overloading.

I haven't used it as a fondue chinoise oven yet. But I often cook with it and the heat is easy to regulate. The water boils quickly, it's no comparison to my old electric cooker. It's also great for boiling down food.
