Apart from the fact that the user manual talks about an "On" button, but means the "+" button that you have to press longer to turn the thing on, the device is ideal for the finally Nespresso-free office.

An on/off switch with a definable time would be perfectly adequate.
One shave in the morning and the time is enough and the espresso in the jug.

The coffee is heated with the Bialetti Moka Timer in the same way as with a kettle. In contrast to the conventional Bialetti Moka kettle, which has to be heated with the hob, less energy is lost.

Good, fast coffee as usual
It arrived today and I'm an absolute Bialetti lover. I had to decide whether to use this timer, an induction or the induction plate. I decided in favour of this.
The functions are easy to learn, even without instructions.
Preparation only takes a few minutes and the flavour is good as usual. After preparation, the coffee is also kept warm for 30 minutes if necessary. I have not yet noticed that the base goes into stand-by mode, which is a shame and completely pointless. This should be standard nowadays or at least the display should darken a little. My toaster and coffee grinder etc. can do that.
The notification sound is pleasant and not intrusive.
However, what really bothers me is the look and the way the Bialetti sits in the hand. Just kind of cheap. The price is therefore a little too high, but Bialetti is generally not the cheapest.
Attention: An EU plug is fitted and not a CH plug. However, an adapter is supplied.

If you are only making coffee for 2 people, I would use the 3-cup Bialetti. With the 6-cup version of the Bialetti, you have espresso for more than 6 people. Perfect for a group at a coffee break
