Super Robot Vacuum Cleaner
I am very satisfied with the Dreame D10s, I can select in the app whether it should clean everything or only certain areas, it shows where it has already cleaned and where not. It does this systematically.

Non-functioning base
I received a product with a non-functioning base. The robot works but the base does not; it is therefore not possible to recharge the robot or return to the base as the base 'does not exist' as it is not working. I hope the service department can help me solve this problem given the not inconsiderable cost of the product.
Unpacked, plugged in, broken.
Was already faulty out of the box (problem with collision sensor). After research, it appears to be a known, frequent fault. Not only with this model. Now there's probably a lengthy warranty case. I would keep my hands off it.
My 4th robot is the best after 3 Neato
I've had it for a fortnight now and after reading many reviews of different brands, you won't find a robot that offers such excellent value for money.
You can even use the remote control and walk your Dreame around with the camera to check that everything is in order at home.
I can't find a single fault with it and the only one I encountered (it refused to go on certain carpets) was resolved with the brand's good customer service.
The only minor problem is buying used parts from Galaxus (bags, filters, etc.)... that's really not a good point.Pro
