Good first impression
So far I am very satisfied.

- Mop is not moved but simply dragged across the floor

Can clean but the operation leaves a lot to be desired
Vacuuming works well. But in principle, any vacuum cleaner can do that. The object recognition also works to some extent, shoes and socks were recognised, but it got stuck on a "cliff"/(stairs). The most disappointing thing is the app. It looks like technology from 5-10 years ago. Can't control and customise the rooms. Recorded maps disappear again. Can't manage floors. I had hoped for much more and my Chin. Product from three years ago was already much better (until it broke).
Good cleaning performance, intuitive app and reasonable data protection
The Kärcher RCV 5 is the first robot hoover I have bought. It's not cheap, but it has a very good cleaning performance. The required app is very intuitive and setting up the robot hoover is done very quickly. The initial measurement of the living space is also quick. Thanks to the Lidar technology, the appliance can orientate itself very well in the room and thus clean in a very structured and efficient manner. The appliance is also low enough to fit under our couch and bed.
What is also important to me is how the collected data is processed. With many appliances from other manufacturers, it's often not entirely clear. With Kärcher, however, there is a precise description of what data is collected and how it is stored. In the app, you can also set whether certain data should be processed in the cloud or only on the device.
All in all, I am very satisfied and would buy the device again at any time.Pro
