Oh, my gosh!
How could I have lived so long without this? This is just the thing for a window cleaning allergy sufferer like me.
Windows, mirrors, even the tiles on the bathroom walls. It's quick and easy.
First spray the dirty window with the spray bottle and then clean the window with the microfiber cloth that is attached to the bottle with Velcro. Then turn on the window vacuum, attach it to the window and swiftly pull it over the window. One is used to press a little harder with a normal window squeegee so that all the cleaning water is also removed. But that is not necessary here. The water is actually sucked up and not pulled off, so if you press too hard, you press the rubber lips together and no more water can be sucked off, so you really only have to glide over the window with the device. As soon as it squeaks, you press too hard. The ingenious thing is that no streaks are created by the vacuuming and one saves the wiping of the squeegee. The window is dry within seconds and that streak-free and without effort. So window cleaning is really fun!
When the vacuum cleaner is full, you can empty the water through an opening on the front, which is closed with a rubber lid. After use, the device can be easily disassembled for cleaning. Just give all parts a quick warm rinse and you're done. The cleaning cloth can be washed in the washing machine.

Only to recommend! I (male) hate cleaning windows, but with this thing I clean all the windows 2x a year and voluntarily :p

I thought I would save time and make my life easier by cleaning my large windows,
I would have done better to put on a onesie, smear myself with glass cleaner and scrub vigorously on my windows. I would have saved money and at least I would have had fun while I was tired.
This thing is completely useless and I still don't understand how it got past the design stage.
It's just supposed to suck up water after cleaning the glass with soap...
Not very handy and cumbersome, we quickly realize that the squeegee is a thousand times too small to be used for anything and it leaves huge traces! The design of the squeegee has small grooves that make it impossible to pass through evenly!
I really thought it was a joke.
The suction is non-existent and you shouldn't even think about using it without a set of 2 batteries as the autonomy is ridiculous.
It takes 3 to 5 times longer to clean a window than with a large squeegee + sponge squeegee.Pro

Added value 0. The suction does not work as advertised, dirty water residues still form at the lowest point. In addition, streaks form, even after repeated cleaning, different pressure levels, etc. I'd rather save money and effort and clean in the classic way. Another device that collects dust in the corner without being used. Battery is not enough for several windows anyway, suction effect so-so, streaks on the window have to be wiped with a cloth. A bad buy.

Disappointing performance from Galaxus
I can't judge the product (Kärcher WV 5 Plus N) because it has never worked.
I can only judge the performance of Galaxus and it was VERY BAD.
I ordered the product on 8/11/2024. After several postponements, it was delivered on 29.1.2025.
Charging (several hours) did not work.
I then realised:
- the product is defective
- the product had scratches (already used?)
- the product was sent to the "Returns" department (i.e. a return?)
- the date on the box was 2018 (did they want to get rid of a shelf warmer?)
I then returned the product as defective.
I was then charged another 7 francs for processing.
The parcel still said "Quality checked"!
I wonder what was checked there.
In my opinion, you can no longer speak of customer service here.
