Super!
It actually works! As an Italian, pasta has to taste like pasta and it does! With 200 g of powdered durum wheat semolina and 50 g of flour, the pasta dough is perfect. (Durum wheat semolina 15 seconds on speed ten in the Thermomix)
we still need to get used to the device a bit
