Fully automatic coffee machine without compromise
We have been using this fully automatic coffee machine for years and are still very satisfied. In the meantime, we had a comparable Jura machine and replaced it after a month. The Jura doesn't make anywhere near as good coffee and the milk system didn't convince us either.

only 7 years in operation
Malfunction after descaling. The repair would have cost at least CHF 300. I am disappointed with Siemens' repair service and the short service life of the machine (7 years). I live in a single household and only drink one or two cups of coffee a day. For a coffee machine in this price range, I would have expected a longer service life and more interest from the repair service to repair the machine at a reasonable price.

Super machine, you just have to take your time until the coffee tastes good. But I think when it's set up correctly, the coffee tastes really great
