  The portafilter rotates out of the brew head when drawing

  The portafilter rotates out of the brew head when drawing. At 12 bar this always makes a mess.
  1 machine was replaced without any problems.
  2 machine is now 1 year and it starts again :-(
  I will now replace this one too. Is thenalt again 1 month away. more

  • Looks good

  • At the portafilter all unimportant parts fall off
  • Some service lamp always burns, apparently very short service intervals
