Rice cooker boils over
I can't understand all the positive reviews. Probably you all only cook the long grain rice popular in Europe. I love rice and have already used three four rice cooker, the last is after 4 years due to age.
Anyone who is really serious about cooking rice with this cooker will be very disappointed. As soon as a starchy rice, such as a basmati or jasmine rice wants to cook, the rice cooker overflows and flooded your entire kitchen with the starchy rice water.
Would never buy again and if I could, I would reverse the purchase immediately. Worst rice cooker I have ever used.Contra

Absolutely unusable!!
I can advise anyone against this purchase. This rice cooker is completely unusable. Every time you try to cook rice, the cooker foams over so much that very strong steam and liquid sprays to the small deck opening. The cooker heats up way too much causing everything to boil over. I tried several different types of rice. In addition, the rice was washed out several times before cooking. The result was the same every time.

the cooker itself would not be bad. but after 2 weeks of regular use, you might as well use an ordinary pan. because from a rice cooker I expect that I can put the rice and the necessary amount of water in it, turn on the cooker and then wait until the rice is cooked. after 2 weeks, this is no longer possible, because the rice otherwise burns. what's more, the metal of the cooker gets so hot that the plastic container, in which you can cook the vegetables at the same time, melts onto the cooker itself. i thought i had bought a good product, but instead i only have a pan that doesn't need a separate cooker. and for that, 57.90.- is definitely way too much money.

OK if you only want to cook rice with it, but not good for cooking.
Good as a rice cooker, but not suitable for steam cooking. The steam cooking attachment does not close properly, so the rice is long done, but the vegetables in the attachment are still raw. In addition, the top was bent after being washed once in the dishwasher and now closes even worse.
