Standard Ham/Slicing Knife without Gear

The regular standard knife made of stainless steel is suitable for everyday use. The ham/slicing knife, which features a smooth cutting edge, is designed for soft cutting materials. It achieves particularly thin slicing results. This knife is not suitable for baked goods, especially bread. The knife comes in a storage box. Please also check the drive gears for wear or damage. If they are worn or damaged, we strongly recommend replacing them, as a worn drive gear can lead to faster wear of the gear.
