With the professional soft ice cream machine from Royal Catering, you can reliably dispense 18 litres of soft ice cream, sorbet or frozen yoghurt within an hour. Thanks to the high total volume of 10 litres and the simple operation, the catering soft ice cream machine is ideal for busy bars, ice cream parlours, cafés and public festivals. The machine requires 15 minutes cooling time before you can dispense the first 6 portions of ice cream. The cooling process then only takes 3 minutes.
