You can attach the manual vegetable cutter with a crank to a countertop in just a few steps. A suitable mounting bracket is included. Thanks to the manual operation, you can chop fruits and vegetables conveniently without a power connection – ideal for any kitchen, outdoor market stalls, food trucks, or catering tents.

The vegetable chopper works very simply: place your ingredients in the feed funnel at the back. A press then pushes the cutting material against the cutting disc. Turn the hand crank, and slice your vegetables easily. The feed funnel has a cover that prevents the ingredients from falling out while turning.

You can individually adjust the cutting thickness from 0.8 to 11 mm. Thin cucumber slices or thicker slices of bell pepper can be produced quickly, and even harder vegetables like carrots or kohlrabi are cut perfectly by the device. The crank vegetable cutter is very lightweight and easy to transport. It is made of easy-care stainless steel. Simply detach the cutting machine from the holder for cleaning.
