Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into the brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 2000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 210 mm, and a surface load of 10 W/cm². The unheated zone measures 60 mm. The design is automatic with a limiter: a controller from 30-80°C, a temperature limiter at 100°C, and a stainless steel connection housing rated IP66. They are used, for example, in washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are exclusively designed for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, it is important to consider the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium and to verify it on-site.
