Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 3000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 470 mm, a surface load of 5 W/cm², and an unheated zone of 60 mm. The design features automatic operation with a limiter: a controller from 30-80 °C, a safety temperature limiter at 100 °C, and a stainless steel connection housing rated IP66. They are used, for example, in washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, it is important to consider the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium and to verify it on-site.
