This 'Bûche Quenelle' silicone mould is perfect for creating a decorated pastry such as a Saint-Honoré. You can also use this mould for savoury dishes. So you can delight your guests from aperitif to dessert :) With a volume of 1000 ml, this mould is perfect for 6-8 guests, but it all depends on their preferences :) For use, we recommend that you use our double insert mould.
