Product details

Stainless steel housing that can be completely dismantled. It features a removable oil container and a timer. Suitable for up to 1.5 kg of fried food (optimum: 1.0 kg). The professional heating system uses the cold zone principle. It has a lid with a permanent filter and a viewing window, as well as stepless temperature control up to 190° C.
