The heat radiation of the IRS 2050 E has been designed in such a way that the infrared rays are amplified by a highly efficient reflector over the entire height of the carbon infrared tube. As a result, the heat from the heater can be felt from head to toe in the usual sitting position - and is always one step ahead of simple convectors in terms of thermal comfort.

Direct heat based on the principle of the sun

The short-wave radiant heat is generated by a high-quality carbon infrared tube. With an average service life of up to 5,500 hours, the IRS 2050 E is a pleasantly durable and low-maintenance heater. To ensure safe operation - even in a commercial environment - the robust device has an integrated anti-tilt switch-off and a protected main switch.

The carbon infrared tube of the IRS 2050 E generates heat according to the natural principle of solar radiation. This is particularly energy-efficient, as a large proportion of the energy used is converted into direct heat. Instead, the objects and people in the direct vicinity of the infrared radiant heater absorb the radiant heat, store it and emit it back into the environment as secondary radiation. The heat is distributed noiselessly and without dust being stirred up by a fan, which means that even asthmatics and allergy sufferers can breathe freely in the direct vicinity of the radiant heater.
