Product details

With the springform pan (Ø 24 cm) including a lid from Zenker, baking and transporting is incredibly easy. The pan, made of steel with a leak-proof design, features an extra high edge (8 cm), is heat-resistant up to +230°C, and can be cleaned by hand. Thanks to the Teflon Classic non-stick coating, the cake can be easily released. The transparent lid (30 x 30 x 11.5 cm) is made from 100% New Green PP, making it completely sustainable. Additionally, it comes with two writable magnetic labels.
