This never happened to me while operating according to the instructions. Works perfect... It did jumped to manual mode once, but I think it was because I restarted it before it was cold enough (somebody asked me to put the meat back on after I had turned off the grill).

It does go into "manual" if you don't wait until the programm had started properly.. depending on what program you use (chicken beef sandwich...) its about 5 min. you have to wait before you put your food on it.. maybe the people who wrote this was extremly starving.;)

until now nothing like this happens. I'am happy with it.
