Yes, everything is dishwasher safe.

I don't know (yet), because I only rinse the parts I use almost every day briefly under hot water, scrub the removable stamp with a washing-up brush if necessary and that's it. Of course I will wash the parts (not the cutting grids) in the GSP after longer use.
