Yes, as noted, these dimensions are correct. Some things to note:
1 there is a detachable tray that holds two extra accessories - adds 20 cm when attached.
2 the combined vacuum and dock are pretty heavy
3 you need access to the rear of the device to remove the dock dust bin for emptying
