Bad customer service. I ordered the product as a gift for friends, turned out they have something very similar so I returned it withing the permitted time window, without operating or using the product. I returned the product in its original packaging. Galaxus deducted 17 CHF from the original price only for opening the box! Everything returned back as exactly it was but still, you have to be charged. Not fair and not nice.
