It comes with a swiss plug as standard. Better said, mine did a year ago. It serves me well, even in the very high lime scale area I live in.

My order of 9 May 2019 came with an original Swiss plug. Swiss suppliers are obliged by law to supply the devices with Swiss plugs. It is permitted if a fixed adapter is supplied. It happens that suppliers deliver only SCHUKO plugs to Swiss dealers in the meantime, even though the agreement is that the appliances have Swiss plugs. If I did not receive an original Swiss plug, I would contact Galaxus and ask for the appliance to be replaced.

Comes new (February 2019) with a SCHUKO plug and a permanent adapter for CH sockets.... I think that's a shame, but what can you do?
