Can anyone help me? I just can't connect the hoover to the xiaomi app, I have searched countless forums on the internet, switched my internet to 2.4Ghz ( as my internet is 5GHz and this seems to be a common problem for the vacuums) also I have reset a few times and even tried from other phones but all does not work. Now I'm wondering if the device itself is broken? Any tips would be appreciated!
