Can anyone tell me if the outside of the base is real chrome or plastic painted chrome? Can anyone tell me if the outside of the base is actually chrome or is it plastic painted as brushed chrome?
Nop, the base is plastic painted in chrome. It easy to clean thabks to that. If it was metal, I imagine that the stains would be difficult to remove.
The exterior of the base is made of real chrome.
