No, this is not possible. The Aqara sensor sends the data via ZigBee and these must be received and processed by a corresponding device. The hub is responsible for this. The hub can then be integrated into the Apple Home app if it is HomeKit-capable. The app can then display the data. I don't know if the hub can do historical tracking.
