The appliance also works perfectly without Wi-Fi. If an internet connection is available, additional functions are available in the app, e.g. scheduled cleaning, switching to set the suction power. But even without these functions, you can use the 3 buttons on the appliance to start/stop cleaning processes, move the appliance to the dock for charging and carry out spot cleaning.
