Not sure if you got your answer, but the straight answer is no. Philips Hue ecosystem does not support humidity sensors at this time. Philips Hue is basically a platform for lights and switches. Even there "smart outlet" product is designed to be a "light" to turn on and off a dumb lamp, not for other appliances.
Zigbee does not mean an item will work on any platform. The platform needs device handlers. In the case of Hue, you won't even be able to pair this device as there is no option for it.
