The pot and the basket are non-stick coated and of good quality. I don't know exactly what kind of material it is. But I would buy the Oli again immediately.

Looks like the same as in the rice cooker, not something like on the modern pan.

It is indeed ceramic. For the big bin, which is the main cooking pot, it is for sure. There's a roasting liner inside, which is black also a closed pan. The coating on those could be Teflon. It is definitely some non-stick coating, but some shiny one, unlike Teflon. Hope this helps.
