I don't put anything in the dishwasher because the hard plastic cracks over time because of the heat in the dishwasher. It's up to you.....I also have a Thermomix and I clean all the parts by hand. To each his own

No disassembly necessary. As already mentioned, container and lid dishwasher-safe. Very good appliance with powerful motor, but unfortunately a little noisy in operation.
