Commissioned today and the 2 buttons flash alternately. According to the operating instructions, there is a fault, namely that the bean container is not inserted correctly. But this is not the case. The bean container fits perfectly and is locked into place. Is there a step in the commissioning process that we are overlooking? Or is the part defective ex works?

I know this too, the bean container really has to be pushed in with some force until it touches the back.
