Dear team, we bought two of these after we had a Roborock that broke down after 2.5 years. My wife dropped some flour while cooking and we tried all sorts of ways to get it clean with the Dreame, but each time it just wouldn't clean it and went round. Can you please tell us why as this is a serious problem for us.
