Question about Midea Porta Split

Does anyone have experience with the appliance's minimum heating output? My PortaSplit regulates down to 150-200W electrically when cooling, but only up to 320W when heating, even at +19°C outside. According to my measurements, this is not enough to achieve the full efficiency/COP according to the energy label, at least above +2°C outside temperature.

According to my research, your appliance is working technically correctly. The lower efficiency at +19 °C is normal because the heat pump is not optimised for continuous operation at minimum output. The full COP is only achieved with typical heating loads (e.g. +2 °C outside temperature). For more detailed information, I recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
