No - that doesn't make sense either because the temperature is physically defined by the temperature of the steam and the pressure. There is no pressure and I think the steam is at about 100 degrees...

I am quite satisfied with the device so far - the only minus point is that cleaning is a bit difficult or I have not yet understood how to make it easier.

As I understand it, after about 10 uses, the temperature cannot be adjusted.... I reduce the time and if necessary I give it more time to cook.... But I'm also a newbie and don't cook very much. Yesterday, however, the vegetables turned out wonderfully again. I'm sure there's more about it in the manual. Good luck
