Does it also cool the air like Dyson's? Or does it only circulate it (room climate remains the same)?

No Cooling. This is an air cleaner. That does work well.

Although it has a fan on the top, its sole purpose is to circulate air between the bottom of the appliance containing the filter and the top where the air outlet is located.
