The hoover is very quiet on a low setting and remains below 50 dB. However, as soon as higher power levels are used, the noise level rises above 50 dB. The exact noise level can vary depending on the mode.

I have not taken a dB measurement, but I find the appliance volume pleasant.
However, the appliance offers much more than the volume should be an exclusion criterion.
