Donuts and doughnuts would be difficult, but I've never tried it because as a baker I don't think it's practical.
But I have already made minced meat balls and the like. Everything worked fantastically.
I am basically very satisfied with the Air fryer.

The Air Fryer is actually like a small oven. It does not actually fry in the true sense of the word. Nevertheless, you get very good results with chips, meat, etc. Very good results. There are also recipes for donuts on the internet specifically for the Air Fryer. I think the Air Fryer is well suited for what you want to do.
