The Braun MultiFry 5 does not directly replace a microwave, but is very suitable for reheating already cooked food and making it crispy.

The appliance combines a hot-air fryer, oven and grill in one and offers 20 pre-set programmes with which you can deep-fry, bake, grill and keep food warm. The keep warm function ensures that food stays at the right temperature, making it easier to reheat. Thanks to RealOven technology with two heating elements and RealAir air circulation, food is heated evenly and quickly, which is also ideal for reheating previously cooked dishes. The temperature can be set between 80 and 220 °C, which enables a wide variety of cooking methods.

This makes the appliance more versatile than a microwave, as it also makes food crispy, whereas a microwave is used more for quick heating without a crispy effect.
