Does the unit have to run with a hygrostat or can you also set it to just keep running? I can't sleep if the unit keeps switching on and off.

Thank you for sharing your question about our humidifier with us here. The HU4811/10 is very easy to use. It has only two settings and runs until the water tank is empty.
