I don't know if the machine is absolutely new - I recently had the feeling that a monitor from Digitec was already running as a DEMO. My machine was clean & looked unused. There was a recipe book inside - but for the modern person there is also a website. As for the materials, it helps to search and read the instructions on the WWW - they are in there too. (Berner Zopf with 1kg of flour is at least no problem).

Hello Carina, I can answer the following questions. The machine has a Swiss plug, we don't process dough but e.g. mashed potatoes and this up to the top and without any problems, there is a recipe book and it is damn tasty, I can't tell you the country of production, the machine is made of plastic and stainless steel, came new and in its original packaging. We would buy it again in a heartbeat!
