Is there a defect in my Eve Thermo or is it normal to hear the "motor" of the thermostat really clearly as soon as it adjusts the valve needle or the temperature?
It seems a bit too loud to me and therefore unpleasant, especially in the bedroom. The noise is somehow comparable to that of a drilling machine.
How is it with you?

I have 3 of them, one of which is actually noisier than the others. I assume that this depends mainly on the radiator valve. One solution might be to oil the valve. It is also possible that the battery charge of Eve Thermo is no longer sufficient.

I have ten of them in use. They are not all equally loud. Some are barely audible, others are quite loud. Of course, it may also depend on how smoothly the valve on the radiator moves.

Well, it definitely doesn't sound like a drill to me. But the noise is perceptible even at a distance of a few metres.

At home it is in the bathroom and you can hear a very small noise when it adjusts but it is not often and not very loud.
