The Xiaomi Smart Robot Vacuum X20 Max is generally well suited to dealing with hair. It is equipped with a so-called Anti-Tangle Hair-Cutting Brush. This special brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping around the roller when vacuuming - and if it does, it can be cut automatically during operation. This significantly reduces the maintenance effort compared to conventional robots.

In practice, however, users report that hair can still sometimes get caught in the brush, especially with long hair or pet hair. These then have to be removed manually.
