Question about Sage the Barista Pro
Hello all I got the machine today, I think I installed it correctly and wanted to do the first rinse cycle as it says in the instructions. Unfortunately the countdown that should go for 10 seconds stops after about 2-3 seconds. It seems as if it doesn't draw water, does anyone know this problem?

If you have installed the filter in the water tank: It takes a while for the filter to fill with water, so wait a few minutes. Otherwise, check that the water tank is correctly and completely inserted. When the flap on the water tank is closed, the upper end must be flush with the machine.
